π° Halal Investment Opportunity
Invest ethically in OurAutoβs interest-free vehicle financing and resale business. Earn halal profit through transparent profit-sharing while supporting a business model built on ethical trade, community benefit, and Sharia-compliant principles.
β Investment Highlights
OurAuto offers investors a Sharia-compliant opportunity to participate in a real business model that generates profit through vehicle acquisition, repair, resale, and halal financing operations.
- Target Profit Range: Historically 20% β 40% annually, depending on actual business performance
- Profit Distribution: Every 6 months
- Investment Period: Minimum 6 months, maximum 5 years
- Investment Structure: Class B shareholders participate in profit and loss based on equity ownership
π How the Business Generates Profit
OurAuto purchases vehicles, performs necessary repairs and maintenance, and resells them at a profit. In addition, our halal car financing model helps customers buy vehicles without interest, creating ethical business value for both clients and investors.
Example Scenario
- Car Purchase Price: $7,000
- Repairs & Maintenance: $500
- Sale Price: $8,500
Net Profit Example: $1000
This profit is shared between the company and investors based on the agreed profit-sharing structure (20% or 33%. To improve capital efficiency, investor funds are typically rotated across approximately 15β20 vehicles.
π‘ Risk-Reduction Framework
We apply several safeguards to reduce business risk and improve protection of investor capital.
- Asset-Backed Model: Each vehicle acts as a tangible asset and operational collateral
- Capital Priority: Investor capital is prioritized before company profit in the agreed structure
- Diversification: Funds are spread across multiple vehicles rather than depending on a single deal
- Commercial Insurance: Business operations are supported by commercial insurance coverage
- Structured Oversight: Business activity is governed through internal controls and documented agreements
π Governance & Regulatory Compliance
OurAuto has prepared an Offering Memorandum (OM) and follows the applicable requirements of the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) under exempt market rules.
- Offering Memorandum (OM): Provides disclosure on terms, risks, and investor rights
- Corporate Bylaws: Govern shareholder participation and redemption structure
- Class B Shareholders: Participate according to the agreed investment structure
- Reporting: Required filings are completed in accordance with applicable exempt market regulations
These governance documents explain profit-sharing, exit options, maturity periods, and important risk disclosures.
π Sharia Oversight
OurAuto operates under the guidance of a Sharia Advisory Board to help ensure that financing arrangements, contracts, business conduct, and profit-sharing practices remain aligned with Islamic principles.
The board reviews the structure of the business to help avoid Riba (interest) and to maintain ethical, transparent, and community-focused operations.
